Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items for a refund within 10 days from delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and with tags attached. Items that are damaged or altered, including those with makeup, stains, or scents, will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping charge.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products from our Hijab Collection for hygiene reasons.
Shipping Fees
If you return your entire order, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund if it qualifies for Free Shipping. Otherwise, Returns and Exchanges are for free.
Faulty Returns
At Hunna Boutique, our quality control team meticulously inspects all items before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 2 days for a return label and a full refund or exchange.
Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale, including sale events and clearance, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International Returns
Hunna Boutique does not refund international duties or taxes for DDP or DDU orders. To request a tax refund, contact your local customs office. We do not offer exchanges for international orders, only refunds minus shipping costs.
How to Return or Exchange
- Ensure your item meets our return criteria.
- Send us an email with your order number and items you want to return to help@hunnaboutique.com.
- Once processed, we’ll confirm your refund/exchange within 7-10 business days.
