Order Processing and Shipping Information
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
Please note that during sale periods or high-demand times, order processing and delivery may take an additional 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will also be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Delivery and Responsibility
After your package leaves our warehouse, Hunna Boutique has limited control over its journey. Please keep in mind that delivery times are only estimates and may vary. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, and delays may occur, particularly during high-volume periods. Hunna Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or for packages returned as undeliverable.
If you're not available to accept your package, the carrier will determine if it’s safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package at your local post office.
Hunna Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the courier provides proof of delivery but you haven't received your package, you must file a complaint with the carrier. We are not liable for missing parcels due to errors made by either the customer or the carrier.
International Orders Taxes & Duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. The prices listed in our online store do not include any customs charges or overseas duties. These fees are imposed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We recommend you check your country’s customs charges before placing an order.
Hunna Boutique is not responsible if customs duties and taxes are not communicated to you by your postal authority. All customs fees, taxes, and charges are the customer’s responsibility, even if the package is refused upon delivery. Any additional fees must be paid to clear your package through customs.
Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package. They have the right to release, deny release, delay, or reject your shipment.
If a package is refused, the delivery company will discard it, and we cannot offer a refund as the package will not return to us. If the package is returned, return shipping/import fees will be deducted from any refund.
